Procedure for Export Declaration (Customs Export Processing)

A: Required Documents for Export Declaration

B: EORI Number for Export & Customs Declaration
The EORI number is mandatory for commercial exports. It serves as a unique identification number in the EU customs system.
The application is submitted via the responsible customs authority (via the provided link). Without a valid EORI number, an export declaration cannot be processed.
C: Process of Export Accompanying Document (ABD) Creation
The export process is carried out in the following steps:
- Review of all submitted export documents
- Electronic submission of the application to the inland customs office
- Verification by customs authorities
- Issuance of the Export Accompanying Document (ABD) after expiry of the presentation period
- Possible physical inspection of goods by customs

E: Important Note on Exit Confirmation
Please note: A final exit confirmation can only be issued if the export document has been properly completed at the exit customs office by the freight forwarder. Only after this step is the system release carried out automatically by customs.
